To support Grane Rx’s expansion of PACE pharmacy services, the undergraduate student team designed production scheduling and overtime cost-optimization models. Winning first place in Industrial Engineering at the Swanson School of Engineering’s Fall 2018 Design Expo, the project delivered scalable decision-support models for live operations.
